Constructed in 2002 our purpose built warehouse and coldstore is fully licensed and approved by Daventry District Council under regulation (EC)853/2004, licence number DX008.
We have frozen, chilled and ambient storage facilities with the capability to handle not only UK pallets but euro pallets, roll cages, dollies, dolavs, drums, IBC's and other non standard bases.

Stock Control
All stock received into our warehouse and coldstore is fully checked against your supplier paperwork and monitored by our bespoke IT system for case quantities, weights, production codes, date codes and other customer specific details. Products are rotated by date code unless otherwise instructed and we hold full traceability from receipt to despatch. Stock reports can be emailed in .pdf or .xls format or can be faxed as required.
Telesales and Order Processing
Our IT systems also include a fully featured telesales and order management facility allowing us to take orders direct from your customers, or schedule customer contact calls on your behalf. We can also provide dedicated DDI telephone numbers and answer your incoming calls with your own company details.
Order Picking, Packing and Despatch
Full pallet orders, mixed pallet orders and individual case or unit orders can be picked and prepared ready for despatch either by customers own transport, or via our own temperature controlled distribution services. Palletised orders can be despatched for next day delivery throughout most the UK, and small volume orders can be despatched using insulated boxes with ice packs via overnight carriers.
Freezing and Tempering
Although we do not currently operate a blast freezing facility, our coldstore is capable of chamber freezing products in a short amount of time depending on the type of product and the nature of the packaging. Frozen products can also be tempered in our chilled storage area.
Cross-Docking and Drop-Off
For UK and European hauliers we offer a simple and cost effective solution for temperature controlled problem pallets and loads.

In most instances we can receive vehicles at short notice for transhipment to other vehicles, or for storage in either frozen, chilled or ambient conditions. If required we can also photograph and email images of the goods to assist with any goods in transit claims or customer disputes. We can also arrange for onward or re-delivery of your goods via our own fleet of temperature controlled vehicles.
Mail Order Packing
From our coldstore based at Brixworth in Northamptonshire we offer a chilled and frozen mail order packing solution, complete with a range of fully recyclable insulated boxes and ice sheets. We can store both chilled and frozen products in our purpose built coldstore and offer full stock control, batch traceability, inventory reporting and order picking. Orders can be taken by telephone, fax or email and despatched Monday to Thursday by overnight carrier for next-day delivery. Enhanced services such as before 10am, before 12am and Saturday deliveries are also available.
Remote Temperature Monitoring
Our chilled and frozen storage areas are temperature monitored around the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by Seven Eye Ltd. Any out of temperature range warnings are automatically sent to our management team by email and SMS.
